However, once your order has been delivered, you may contact our support team to initiate a return. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will process your refund according to our Returns Policy.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you are eligible for:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund

in the event your order is lost during transit.

For orders placed with:

  • Free Shipping, or

  • Priority Processing

We will reship your package if it is confirmed lost in transit.

Lost or Missing Packages

TheBigBag™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

If the error was made on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties once the order has shipped.
