Return Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive your order (unless otherwise stated, such as a 30-Day Trial offer).


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in good condition, free from stains, damage, or excessive use

  • Items should be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

  • A maximum of two (2) items per order are eligible for refunds

  • Unlimited exchanges or store credit are available

If exchanging:

  • If the new item costs more, you will pay the difference

  • If it costs less, we will refund the difference

  • Exchanges are shipped after the returned item is received and inspected


Fees & Return Process

  • A 15% restocking and processing fee applies to all refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

At TheBigBag™, we stand behind our products and offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial on select items.

How it works:

  • The trial begins on the delivery date

  • Items must be returned in good condition

  • Applies only to eligible products

Process:

  • Email info@shopbigbag.com within 30 days

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds (minus applicable fees) are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Exclusions:

  • Applies only to your first purchase of the product

  • Final sale or misused/damaged items are not eligible


Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may void eligibility for:

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union:

  • You may cancel or return your order within 14 days

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval

  • If rejected, we will notify you with next steps

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us
